Vince has represented individuals and companies in drafting and negotiating executive compensation agreements and employment agreements for many different industries, including manufacturing, financial, advertising, consulting and hospitality businesses. He has many years of experience in structuring non-compete agreements and other kinds of restrictions for post-employment periods.
He has also drafted and negotiated acquisition agreements and sale agreements for entire businesses, and for controlling and minority interests for small and mid-size companies. He has represented borrowers in securing necessary funds to allow the financing of plant expansions, operating expenses and acquisitions.
